Palmer Park is located in Port Perry, ON, a small town north east of Toronto. It is a small park with an area of 1.08 hectares (2.7 acres) that mainly attracts tourists. Port Perry locals normally only use the park when there are large events such as concerts, Canada Day celebrations, RibFest or Food Truck Frenzy.

The Harbourfront Centre, along with several other cultural activities, is along Toronto’s waterfront. The Toronto waterfront community is well-developed and a city tourist destination but also highly used by locals. Harbourfront community centre has several designed city gathering spaces, with an array of gardens and parks, concert and event areas, and edges Lake Ontario. 

Nathan Phillips Square is located in downtown Toronto, ON. The plaza usually hosts a diverse community and a variety of events. The square attracts an estimated 1.5 million visitors yearly. With an area of 4.85 hectares (12.0 acres), it is Canada's largest city square.

Bell Park is the largest park within the Greater City of Sudbury. It stretches along Ramsey Lake, connecting Science North to the Ramsey Lake Waterdome. William J. Bell donated the land, which now consists of beaches, an amphitheatre, gazebos, playgrounds, and a boardwalk. The park plays host to several community events and festivals through all seasons including Northern Lights Festival, Dragon Boat Festival,  food festivals, concerts, Laurentian University Ice Station installations, etc.
